PLEASE READ COMPANY TERMS & CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW 

1/ IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT YOUR QUOTATION/INVOICE/DELIVERY NOTE HAS BEEN CAPTURED CORRECTLY, PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SUCH ERRORS WHICH CAN BE RECTIFIED BEFORE PAYMENT. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND ONCE GOODS ARE DISPATCHED

2/GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF GOOD VIBE T-SHIRTS UNTIL PAID IN FULL. IF THE POP IS NOT SENT DIRECTLY FROM THE BANK WE WILL NEED TO WAIT FOR THE FUNDS TO CLEAR AND REFLECT IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT

3/YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED ONCE WE RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT. SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER THEREAFTER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% HANDLING FEE

4/DELIVERY SERVICE BY COURIER DELIVERY IS FOR YOUR OWN COST WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE GOODS.

5/ALLOW FOR 24-48 HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER SOONER PLEASE INDICATE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER URGENTLY. SHOULD WE BE OUT OF STOCK WITH AN ITEM IT TAKES 2-3 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR STOCK TO ARRIVE FROM OUR SUPPLIER.

6/ EXCHANGES  ARE ALLOWED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS – IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING FAULT IN THE GARMENT. IF A SIZE EXCHANGE IS REQUIRED AND SHOULD YOU REQUIRE A BIGGER SIZE THERE MAYBE A PRICE DIFFERENCE INCURED. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SOILED OR DAMAGED GOODS. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS IF BRANDING IS DONE ON THE ITEM. REFUNDS – A 20% HANDLING FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND WILL TAKE UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT TO PROCESS OR YOU MAY CHOOSE TO HAVE CREDIT BALANCE.

7/ ANY DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND SHORTAGES DURING TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED TO THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY. CLAIMS AND NOTIFICATION MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

8/ YOUR QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 5 WORKING DAYS. PRICES STATED ON YOUR QUOTATION CAN CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND MANUFACTURES COST OF FABRIC, MATERIALS AND OTHER GOODS.
